Our programme is based on recognised and established treatments using the 12-Step, abstinence-based model, combined with one-to-one counselling and healthy living guidance.
All counsellers have completed a drug and/or alcohol rehab and they are committed to helping others free themselves from drug and alcohol addiction.In 2009, the Chief Medical Officer issued guidance on alcohol consumption in children and young people advising that an alcohol-free childhood is the healthiest and best option.There are immediate health risks such as memory loss, risky behaviours, vomiting and alcohol poisoning.To reduce alcohol related harm amongst children and young people i.e.Nationally, the number of children and young people aged 11–15 years who drink alcohol has fallen.
